Greg was formerly a Director of Financial Market Research
(FMR), a company which served the vast majority of Retail
Banks in Australia through the provision of market data on
customer behaviour. In 1994, with the acquisition of FMR by
a national market research company, he became National General
Manager of Financial Research. In 1996, recognising the largely
unfulfilled need for high calibre management support to improve
the productivity of marketing and customer management activities,
he established NTF. Over the past few years he has managed
assignments in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom,
and the United States for major Australian and multinational
clients including The Coca-Cola Corp., Kellogg, Jaguar UK,
Commonwealth Bank, Australia Post and CitiPower.

Joan's career has included being research manager of a major
packaged goods company, where she was part of a new product
development team, responsible for the development and launch
of a large number of household products.
Joan has conducted numerous demand projection studies for
infrastructure, new services and new products. Her experience
in qualitative research is essential for these quantitative
studies as her work defines the attributes on which customer
decisions are based.
She was recently involved in a major study in China for a
large financial organisation predicting demand for the new
housing market and for the financial products which will become
part of the development of that market.
